Year after year, hand injuries rank among the most injured body part in construction and have led the way over the past two years on IPI projects. Year-to-date there have been 14 reported hand injures on our projects with 4 of those being OSHA recordable. Several of the first-aid cases would have been more severe, and possibly "recordable" were it not for the employee wearing gloves.
